Ducks
Salt, vinegar, baking soda

Barbecue Sauce:
1/4 cup Mazola oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 tablespoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

 

Clean and soak ducks overnight in water (to cover ducks), salt, vinegar, and baking soda. Rinse well and dry off on paper towels. Rub salt and pepper on ducks, brown on both sides with Crisco shortening.
Combine all ingredients for sauce. Pour over ducks. Cook in slow oven 2-2 1/2 hours.
