Brown venison in 1/4 cup vegetable oil. Add onions, garlic, and green pepper cut into strips. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 hours. If a thicker chili is desired, stir in 1 tablespoon flour mixed 2 tablespoons water.Just before serving, add 2 cups cooked kidney beans.
Makes 6-8 servings.
